We stopped selling websites on their own. Here’s why.
We used to offer a website-only plan for $99 a month. We retired it, and we’d rather explain that than quietly remove the page.
A website by itself is a brochure. It looks good, it makes you look legitimate, and it does absolutely nothing at two in the afternoon when a homeowner calls you from a driveway and you’re under a sink. The site did its job — it got them to call. Then the lead died anyway.
Nearly every contractor who came to us for “just a website” actually had a follow-up problem. Building them a nicer brochure would have taken their money and left the real leak untouched. So now the website comes with the system that catches what it brings in, and there is only one thing to buy.
If you genuinely only want a website with nothing attached, we’re not the right shop and we’ll tell you that on the call rather than after you’ve paid.

You send a logo and a handful of job photos through one short form. We design it, write every page, wire up the automations and test the whole thing before you see it.

We walk the finished site together, screen by screen, so you know where every lead lands. After that, changes are free — you email us and we make them.

Questions about the website
Can I buy just the website?
Not any more. It’s included in Contractor Plus at $247/mo founding price, along with the phone, texting, booking and review systems. If a standalone brochure site is genuinely all you want, we’re not the right fit and we’ll say so on the call.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
Not necessarily. If it loads fast, works properly on a phone and converts, we’d rather bolt the lead system onto it than charge you for a rebuild. If it’s slow, dated, or you can’t get changes made, rebuilding is usually cheaper than fighting it.
Do I own the website?
While you’re a client we host and maintain it as part of your plan. If you want to own it outright and take it elsewhere, that’s a flat $799 written into our terms. Your domain is yours the whole time either way.
How many pages do I get?
However many the business needs — a homepage, a page per service, service-area pages for your towns, about and contact. There’s no page limit, because charging per page just encourages thin websites.
What if I don’t have good photos or a logo?
Phone photos of your own finished jobs beat stock images every time, precisely because they’re obviously real. If you don’t have a logo we can work with clean type, which looks far better than a bad logo.
Can I edit it myself?
You don’t need to — send us changes and they’re made for free, usually same or next day. Most contractors prefer that to logging into an editor they’d use twice a year.
Can I see it before it goes live?
Yes. You review it and we make changes before anything is published. Nothing goes live without you seeing it first.
