Pricing

Two plans. Both prices on this page.

No setup fees. No long-term contract. No “let’s hop on a call and I’ll put a proposal together.” Here is what it costs, what’s in it, and what happens if you want out.

These are founding prices, and we’re saying so plainly. We’re new, we’re taking our first ten contractor clients, and the rates below reflect that. Once those ten spots are filled the prices go up — but whatever you start at is what you keep, for as long as you stay a client. No renewal increases, no bait and switch.

Contractor Pro

“The system works. Now send more people at it.”

Where we sit

Cheaper than an agency. More than a website builder.

We’re not the cheapest option and we’re not the biggest shop you could hire. Here’s the honest picture so you can rule us in or out fast.

Billing questions

The money questions, answered plainly

What does “founding price” actually mean?

We’re new and taking our first ten contractor clients, so the rates are lower than they will be. Once those spots are filled, Contractor Plus goes to $347 and Contractor Pro to $847 for new clients. If you sign up now at $247, you pay $247 for as long as you stay — it does not go up at renewal.

Is there really no setup fee?

Really. You pay the first month and we start building. Most agencies charge two to five thousand up front to cover the build; we spread it across the monthly instead, which is why leaving is easy and staying has to be earned.

What am I actually agreeing to?

A month of service at a time. No minimum term, no auto-renewing year, no cancellation fee. It’s all in the Terms of Service in plain language rather than buried.

How do I cancel?

Email or text us. Your service runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. No retention call, no 30 days written notice.

What happens to my website when I cancel?

You choose. Either we take it offline, or you buy it outright for a flat $799 and we hand over the files and point your domain wherever you like. Your domain is yours in both cases.

Why did you drop the $99 website plan?

Because a website by itself doesn’t solve the problem we’re actually good at solving. It looks nice and it still doesn’t answer your phone at two in the afternoon. Rather than sell a watered-down version, we’d rather do the whole thing properly. The website is included in both plans.

Which plan should I pick?

Almost everyone should start on Contractor Plus. Pro is for when that system is already running well and you want more people hitting it — it’s an upgrade, not an entry point. We’ll tell you honestly on the call, including if the answer is “stay on Plus for now.”

Is ad spend included in the $647?

No, and it never will be. Google bills your card directly for whatever you choose to spend on ads. The $647 covers building, running and monitoring the campaigns — we never touch, bundle or mark up your ad budget.

Can I switch plans later?

Any time, in either direction, effective on your next billing date. Moving up doesn’t mean rebuilding your site — we just turn on the extra work.

Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?

Yes, 15% below paying monthly. Use the toggle above to see annual prices.

What if I need something that isn’t listed?

Ask. If it’s small it’s probably already covered by your included updates. If it’s genuinely a bigger project we’ll quote it before doing anything.

What if it doesn’t work?

Then you cancel and you’ve lost one month. That’s the deal, and it’s deliberate — it puts the pressure on us to make the system earn its keep rather than on you to honor a contract.

Founding pricing: Contractor Plus is $247/mo for the first ten clients, locked for as long as you stay — book a call to claim it.

Next step

Not sure which plan fits? Ask.

Twenty minutes on the phone and you’ll know which one makes sense for where your business is right now, including if the answer is “not yet.”
