On its own a business line is a small convenience. What makes it matter is that almost everything else depends on it.
Missed-call text-back can only work if the number can send texts, which a personal cell can’t do automatically and a landline can’t do at all. The unified inbox only has calls and texts in it because they run through this line. Follow-up automation needs to be able to message people. Take the business number away and half the system has nowhere to stand.

Can I keep the number I already advertise?
In most cases yes — we can port it over so nothing on your truck, your signs or your listings has to change. We’ll check whether yours is portable before you commit to anything.
What happens to the number if I cancel?
You can port it out to another provider, exactly like moving between cell carriers. We won’t hold a number you’ve been advertising for years.
Is there a per-minute charge?
Normal business usage is included in your plan. We’ll flag it if your volume is unusual enough to matter, rather than surprising you on a bill.
Does it work if I have bad signal on job sites?
It rings your cell, so it has the same coverage your phone does. What it adds is that anything you miss gets texted back automatically and logged, so a dead zone stops costing you the lead.
