Marquette Digital Group builds and runs websites and marketing systems for contractors across central Wisconsin. There’s no team page here because there’s no team — there’s me, and I’d rather tell you that up front than let you find out after you’ve signed something.
Why this exists
Marketing for a local trade shouldn’t work like this
If you run a contracting business, you have almost certainly had this conversation. An agency quotes you four figures a month, won’t say what’s actually in it until you’re on a second call, wants a twelve-month commitment, and charges you two thousand dollars up front before anything exists. Then you get a monthly report full of impressions and a website you can’t change without submitting a ticket.
Meanwhile the thing actually costing you work isn’t your impressions. It’s the call you couldn’t take because you were under a sink, and the quote you sent three weeks ago that you’ve been too busy to chase.
So this company is built the opposite way around. The prices are published. There’s no setup fee. There’s no contract to fight your way out of. Updates are included instead of billed. And if you ever want to take the website and walk, it’s a flat thousand dollars, written into the terms, not a negotiation.
That’s not generosity. It’s the only structure that makes sense when there’s one person doing the work. I can’t afford to keep unhappy clients trapped in a contract — I need the system to put jobs on your calendar so you decide to pay me again next month.

Updates are included
New hours, new photos, a service to add? Send it over. Nickel-and-diming people for ten-minute changes is how agencies get a bad name.
Plain English only
No impressions dashboards, no jargon, no forty-page proposals. If we can’t explain why something matters in one sentence, it probably doesn’t.
No invented proof
You won’t find fake testimonials, borrowed client logos or made-up statistics anywhere on this site. When we have real results, they’ll have names on them.
One number, one person
You call, Travis answers. No ticket queue, no account manager rotation, no “let me loop in the team.”

Who we work with
Built for the trades, useful to any local shop
Roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, concrete crews, landscapers, remodelers, excavators and handymen. If you do good work and it isn’t turning into enough calls, that’s the gap we close.
It works just as well for any local business that answers a phone and books appointments — dog groomers, mobile detailers, pest control, cleaning companies. The machinery is the same; only the wording changes.
Where we work
Based in Montello, serving central Wisconsin — Portage, Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Wausau, Adams, Westfield, Oxford, Princeton, Berlin, Ripon and the towns in between.
Everything is done remotely and by phone, so distance isn’t really the limit. Knowing the area is part of what you’re paying for, though — local search only works if someone understands the local market.
