Founding pricing — Contractor Plus $247/mo, locked for as long as you stay Founding price: $247/mo
20 minutes No pitch deck, no obligation

Let’s look at where your jobs are leaking.

Pick a time and we’ll walk through how leads reach you today, where they’re falling through, and exactly what we’d build to fix it. You’ll get a straight answer either way — including “you don’t need us yet” if that’s the truth.

  • We look at your actual setup — your site, your Google listing, how calls and quotes reach you now.
  • We show you the system live, on a real account, not a slideshow.
  • You leave with a number and a plan, whether or not you hire us.
  • No contract talk, no pressure. If it’s not a fit we’ll say so on the call.

Rather just talk now? Call (608) 818-8214. It rings Travis directly. If it goes to voicemail he’s on a call — leave a message and you’ll get a text back the same day.

Pick a time that works
What actually happens

Three things, then you decide. That’s the whole call.

1 First 5 minutes

You talk, we listen

What you do, where you work, how busy you are, and how customers find you today. No form to fill out first — just a conversation.

2 Next 10 minutes

We show you the gaps

We pull up your website and Google listing on the call and point at what’s costing you work. Then we show the system running live so you can see what would change.

3 Last 5 minutes

You get a number

Which plan fits, what it costs, what happens in the first ten days. Then you go think about it. Nobody chases you.

The actual agenda

What a free marketing consultation actually covers

We go through the same six things on every call, because these are where work leaks out of a contracting business. You don’t have to prepare any of it — we pull it up while we talk.

Your website, as a stranger sees it

We open it on a phone, because that’s where most people will find you. Can someone tell what you do and where you work in five seconds? Is there an obvious way to contact you without scrolling? Does it load before they lose interest?

Your Google Business Profile

For a local trade this often matters more than the website. We check whether your categories, service area, hours and photos are filled in, and whether you’re showing up in the map results for your own trade in your own town.

What happens to a call you miss

We ask what a caller experiences when you’re on a roof or under a sink. Voicemail nobody checks? A ring-out? Most contractors lose more work here than anywhere else, and it’s usually the cheapest thing to fix.

How fast a new lead hears back

A form fill or a text at 7pm on a Friday — when does that person actually get a reply? We talk through your real response time, not the one you’d like it to be, and what it costs when a competitor answers first.

Your reviews, honestly

How many you have, how recent they are, and how they compare to the two or three companies you lose jobs to. We also look at whether anyone is asking your happy customers for one, or whether it’s left to chance.

How an estimate gets booked

Phone tag is where a lot of warm leads quietly die. We look at how someone gets on your calendar today, how many back-and-forths it takes, and whether anything reminds them so they don’t forget you’re coming.

Pick a time and we’ll go through it

Who books these

Mostly contractors around central Wisconsin

We work with trades and local service businesses in and around Montello, Portage, Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point and Wausau. If you’re further out, that’s usually fine — almost none of this needs us to be in the room.

Trades and home services

Roofing, siding, gutters, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, remodeling, concrete, decks, landscaping, excavating, cleaning. Anyone whose day is spent on a job rather than at a desk.

Busy, but not booked out

The most common call: work is steady enough, but leads arrive at random and there’s no way to turn the tap up when a month looks thin. We look at where predictable work would come from.

One person doing everything

You answer the phone, quote the job, do the work and chase the invoice. There is no marketing person. That’s who this whole company is built for, so no part of the call assumes you have a team.

After the call

You get the notes whether you hire us or not

Within a day we send a short written summary: what we saw on your website and Google listing, where we think work is leaking, and the two or three things we’d fix first in order of what they’re likely worth. It’s written in plain English, not a report full of impressions and bounce rates.

If some of those fixes are things you can do yourself for nothing, we say so and tell you how. That happens fairly often, particularly with Google Business Profiles, and it isn’t a trick to seem generous — a contractor who fixes two things for free and remembers who told them is worth more to a one-person company than a bad-fit client who cancels in month two.

If it does look like a fit, you get a straight number for what we’d charge and what happens next. No proposal you have to sit through, no second call with someone senior, and no follow-up sequence hounding you for a month. If we don’t hear back, we assume the answer is no and leave you alone.

Before you book

The things people check first

Is this a sales call?

It’s a call with the owner of a small company who would like your business. We’re not going to pretend otherwise. What it isn’t is a scripted pitch with a closer on the line — there’s one person here, and pressuring people into a month-to-month plan they’ll cancel makes no sense for us.

Do I need anything ready?

No. If you know roughly how many calls you get in a week and what you wish was happening instead, that’s plenty. We’ll pull up your website and Google listing ourselves.

What if I’m not ready to spend money?

Then book anyway. You’ll get an honest read on what’s working and what isn’t, and a couple of things you can fix yourself for free. We’d rather you remember us when you are ready.

How soon could we start?

If you decide to go ahead, we send one short onboarding form and your system is live in seven to ten days from the day it comes back.

Can we do this by text instead?

Absolutely. Text (608) 818-8214 and we’ll go from there. Some contractors would rather never be on a call, and that’s fine.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there is no version of it that turns into a bill. We don’t charge for audits, we don’t sell a paid “strategy session,” and you aren’t buying a report. We spend twenty minutes because it’s the only honest way to know whether we can help you, and often the answer is that you don’t need us yet.

Do you only work with contractors?

Mostly, and that’s deliberate — the missed calls, the quotes going quiet and the review problem look the same across every trade, so we’ve built for it. But salons, gyms, repair shops and other local service businesses run into the same three problems, and we take that work too.

What if I’m outside central Wisconsin?

Still fine. We’re based in Montello and know the area, which helps with local search, but the build and the automations are done remotely either way. Plenty of this work never requires anyone to be on site.
