Marquette Digital Group, LLC respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website, our onboarding process, and our client services, and what we do with it. This policy does not guarantee absolute security or legal compliance in every jurisdiction; see "Keeping your information safe" below.

What we collect

You can reach us by booking a call, using the chat widget, or submitting our onboarding form, handled through GoHighLevel, our scheduling, forms, and messaging platform. If you become a client, we also collect information you give us to set up and run your services. Depending on how you interact with us, this can include:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your business name, business address, and service area
Details about the services and add-ons you select, and your plan selection
Anything you add in call notes, chat messages, or onboarding form fields
If you use Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, or Search Console management, whether as part of Contractor Pro or as an individual recurring add-on: your account identifiers and access status, advertising budget and targeting information, competitor and market information you share with us, and strategy-call notes
Optionally, your EIN and customer lists, only if you choose to provide them for a specific feature (for example, a review or marketing campaign) and only with your consent
Logos, photos, and other assets you upload for your website or campaigns
Records of authorizations and approvals you give us (for example, approving an ad claim or a landing page)
Billing contact information; Stripe handles your actual payment card details, see "Payments" below

We don't ask for anything we don't need, and browsing the site doesn't require you to share any personal information. We never ask you to send us passwords, recovery codes, or login credentials, if we need access to an account you own, we ask you to send an official manager or user invitation instead.

If you're a client on our Website Design plan, appointment booking built into your website may be handled through a scheduling tool such as Calendly instead of GoHighLevel. That provider has its own privacy policy governing the booking information it collects.

Text messages, calls, and email

If you provide your phone number through our chat widget, booking form, or New Client Onboarding Form, you may receive text messages and calls from us related to appointment confirmations, reminders, account updates, onboarding, support, and other service delivery. Separately, and only if you check the optional marketing consent box, you may also receive optional marketing text messages and emails about offers, promotions, and updates; marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. We process opt-out requests promptly. Similarly, marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and we process unsubscribe requests promptly; service-related emails and calls (like appointment confirmations or account notices) are not marketing and are sent regardless of marketing opt-in status, as they are necessary to deliver the services you've purchased. We do not sell or share your phone number or email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we use it

To confirm and prepare for your scheduled call, and to respond to your inquiry.
To provide and manage services if you become a client, including building and hosting your website, running the automations and add-ons you've selected, and, for Contractor Pro clients or anyone using those services as an individual add-on, managing your Google Ads campaigns, landing pages, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
To send appointment reminders, account updates, onboarding messages, and (only with your consent) marketing messages.
To keep basic records of who we've talked to and worked with, so we don't lose track of your request or your account.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We don't rent it or trade it. We share it only with the service providers described below, as needed to run our business and serve you.

Sharing with service providers

Like most businesses, we use trusted third-party tools to operate. Those providers may process your information only as needed to deliver their service to us, and they aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes:

GoHighLevel for forms, CRM, scheduling, communications, and workflow automation.
Stripe for payment processing. Stripe processes your card information directly; we do not store your full card number.
Google (Ads, Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console) for advertising, analytics, search, and business-listing services, if you're a Contractor Pro client or otherwise use these features. You own these Google accounts; we're added only as a manager or authorized user.
Hosting, email, and phone providers that keep our website, email, and business phone line running.

Customer lists

If you choose to give us a list of your customers, for example, to run a review or marketing campaign, we use it only for the purpose you authorized and only within the tools you've selected, and we don't use it for our own marketing. You control whether and when to provide a customer list, and can ask us to delete it at any time.

Payments

Stripe processes your card information when you pay for services; we never see or store your full card number. Billing contact information (name, email, billing address) is kept in our billing and CRM systems to manage your subscription and send receipts.

How long we keep it, and deletion requests

We keep inquiry and client information as long as it's useful for responding to you, serving you as a client, or as required for our business and legal records, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes. If you'd like your information deleted, email us at the address below and we'll process the request promptly, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, billing history) for legal or accounting reasons.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and rely on the security practices of the service providers listed above, to protect your information. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security or guarantee compliance with every law in every jurisdiction.
