Terms of Service

These terms describe how Marquette Digital Group ("we," "us") provides website and automation services to your business ("you," the "client"). We've written them in plain English on purpose, if anything is unclear, just ask.

1. What we provide

We build, host, and maintain a custom website for your business, and we set up and manage the marketing automations included in your plan, such as missed-call text-back, review request automation, booking automation, and follow-up marketing campaigns. The specific services included in your plan are confirmed with you before your first billing cycle.

2. Month-to-month billing, no long-term contract

Our service is billed monthly. There is no long-term contract and nothing to "get out of." You stay because the service is worth it, not because a contract makes you.

3. Payment terms

• Your plan is billed monthly to the card on file.
• Billing auto-renews each billing cycle until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we'll reach out so you can update your card. Services may be paused if payment remains outstanding.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime with written notice, an email to travisrichardson@marquettedigitalgroup.com is all it takes.
• Your service continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
• We do not issue partial-month refunds.

5. What happens after cancellation

When your final billing period ends, hosting and automation services stop. If you'd like a copy of your website content before then, ask and we'll help you get it.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (hours, services, contact details) and let us know when it changes.
• Make sure content you give us (photos, text, logos) is yours to use.
• Use the automation features lawfully, for example, only messaging customers who have done business with you or agreed to be contacted.

7. Our responsibilities & limits

We work hard to keep your website and automations running smoothly, but no service can promise 100% uptime. Hosting providers, phone carriers, and third-party platforms occasionally have outages outside our control. Our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue occurred.

8. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number through our website chat widget or booking form, you consent to receive text messages from Marquette Digital Group, including replies to your inquiry and, where you opt in, promotional messages about our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
